• Fees

We can provide documentation to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network (OON) reimbursement. This may cover your intake and integration but not the actual ketamine administration. For billing questions, please contact us for current pricing.

Psychiatric intakes, psychotherapy and medications are often an allowable expense with a flexible spending account (FSA), health savings account (HAS), or health reimbursement arrangement. Check with your plan servicer. Talk to your tax professional as services may be tax deductible.

Payment

All payment information is required at time of appointment scheduling to hold the session. Payments are not processed until beginning of each session.If money is an obstacle between you receiving treatment, please contact us and we can discuss further. A sliding scale may be available depending on individual case, circumstances and availability.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled within 24 hours prior to scheduled session. Cancellations less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee equivalent to the full normal visit rate. We realize that life happens, exceptions or a reduction in fee may be made on a case to case basis and in true emergency situations.Appointment slots are not double booked and solely belong to you. Rising Lotus Healing is dedicated to providing excellent care and anticipates clients will show up to their scheduled appointments. No-shows will result in a fee equivalent to the full normal visit rate.
